This hotel was located in a super central area very close to train station Casa Port, the train station and CTM bus depot and other interesting sites. It also was to a supermarket.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as it was near the train station and also in the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with excellent room service. We also enjoyed the free welcome drink upon arrival. we were very impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.
We highly recommend this place to all!

The hotel is ugly and old… the picture in the site must have a huge job of Photoshop… the facilities do not seem to be clean… dusty carpets everywhere… breakfast is light… to avoid.

Staff was bi- or tri-lingual, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and had shampoo and Kleenex.
The hotel staff could not find the hotel on the map they provided, even though I later found it was printed on the map!
